Let me tell you, it's INSANE! I have heard good things from people who have done it so I'm hoping that at the end of the 30 days, we'll look and feel better. Hopefully, we'll actually be able to do the whole workout. It's only 20 minutes a day, but when you're as out of shape as I am, and as hard of a work out as it is, 20 minutes seems like FOREVER!

Hey Kim! I'm so excited I found your blog! Had to comment that I LOVE ALL of Jillian's DVDs, and if you stick to it, the more fit you become, I bet they'll be some of your fav's too. Good Luck, I know how tough it is to eat right and exercise, but it is the most unselfish thing you can do for you and your family! Keep up the good work!
