I wanted to change my background on my blog and when I went to delete my old template, I couldn't, and then when I finally did, the new background was on top of the old template. I deleted something, and now all I can do is use blogger backgrounds/templates. I don't have a layout or customize button anymore, when I'm on my dashboard, I have edit post, settings, template, monetize.
When I click on template, I can't do anything that isn't blogger's, and when I add my own outside link, my blog disappears except for the background I posted...HELP!

The only thing I haven't gotten around to is putting an outline around your pictures but not your header. My go to site for info is down.
